She was upset, that you were gone. She kept trying to convince dad to drag you back home. It was always subtle hints the first few days, making comment on how the Titans heroics were 'nice' and they 'work so hard for kids,' and dad would start to fume.
...she wanted you to come back. Even the times she would smile, it wasn't quite as happy as she usually was.
