If she really does try to outright kill you for being not fun, yell for Coldrock. The weapon systems in the building will detain her and we'll hand her over to DATS. I trust them more than the so-called Tetha Police.
Unfortunately your sister might have to learn the hard way. Here, I'm forwarding you a remote station and a direct line to Coldrock. If the events play out wrong, get him to use the security measures in the building.
